I bought the Elderberry Syrup to help get me through cold and allergy season. I had not planned to use it quite yet, but I recently had flu like symptoms so I started taking the syrup. Within 24 hours symptoms were better; within 48 hours symptoms were completely gone. It works! And it tastes great!

Immunity is Good to Go!

I always feel better when taking an elderberry supplement and decided to try the liquid version. The price was reasonable, and a pour spout was offered for sale for dispensing. The taste was not palatable for me. While the liquid version is probably better absorbed in the body than gummies, I am on the fence about ordering this version again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry you don't love the taste, but it sounds like you're used to a different method for consuming elderberry. The taste of the syrup is certainly different, and isn't for everyone. What I can tell you is that for folks that consume the syrup regularly, we get extremely good feedback on the taste. Frankly, this is what the best, cleanest elderberry syrups taste like. It can take some time to adjust. I would suggest that you might try a few others and you'll see what I mean. And you are correct, the liquid elderberry is a completely different product from any of the solid versions in terms of how you are able to process it. It's the best way to consume elderberry, in our opinion. That being said, we thank you for trying it and for taking your time to leave us a review. We hope you'll continue your elderberry journey, either with us or however you might choose because the elderberry is fantastic!

Delivery

You all mailed it out the 22nd and I didn’t get it till the 26th. I called twice to make sure that it was still OK because it did not feel cold. I did not get a return call but I am taking it and it taste OK. Hopefully it did not get spoiled.

We're very sorry to hear that we didn't exceed your expectations with this order. Unfortunately, we were out of town and had some help shipping on this particular week. Normally we check to see the expected transit times prior to shipping to make sure it will be fresh when you receive it, but our help didn't do that...and of course your call came while we were in the Grand Canyon area with poor cell reception, and we didn't see the missed call. We'll do better next time. We did email you to help resolve this to your satisfaction, but haven't heard back. We'll do whatever we can to make this right.

We prefer a liquid vs gummy elderberry as it seems to be a wiser choice.
