Blossom Creek Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blossom Creek. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

 We do our best to keep stock available, but as all customers want the freshest possible product, we make small batches frequently.  Orders placed on M, T, W, F by 2pm will usually ship same day depending on stock availability.  Orders placed on Thursday will ship Friday.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  Sat and Sun orders will ship on Monday.  We typically ship USPS standard but if you prefer to ship with UPS or expedited shipping, please let us know.  

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  As product ships cold-packed we try to ensure there will be no delays in transit, however this is ultimately outside of our control.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Blossom Creek ships to addresses within the U.S., but unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

 Blossom Creek is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

 Blossom Creek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  While we are not strictly liable, we will be happy to work with you on any damaged product you might receive. 

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier and provide photos for your dialog with Blossom Creek.

International Shipping Policy

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
