As Blossom Creek is providing a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns. However, we have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Any customer repeatedly requesting a refund may not be eligible for further purchases through blossomcreeksyrup.com, based on the discretion of the operators of Blossom Creek, LLC.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide photographic evidence of the product in question, including the batch date on the label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a further instructions on how to claim the refund when it will be issued. Items returned to Blossom Creek, LLC will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
